Holiday Inn Warrington by IHG

All staff were very friendly.

Bedding didn't fit the bed properly.

Daily turn down, breakfast, helpful staff, fridge in room and bottled water.

Television, poor channel choice on the Television, No drawers in the room, Poor fitting Window allowing noise pollution and cold. Poor available desk surface (mount the TV ! ) , meal menu limited, extreamely poor rack of ribs meal costing 24.99 ! ( corn cold, chip were mcCain chunky chips and dry, tablespoon of colslaw, bbq sauce overdone), Onion rings overcooked.

The beds were comfy and it was big and I got to stay on number 2 (Katie age 5)

I didn't like when it was night time (Katie age 5)

We were travelling to Scotland and the hotel was a convenient stop right next to the motorway.

The Hotel key didnt work so we had to ask someone to unlock the door. The room heating wasn't working efficiently so the room was a little cold, and the housekeeping had left old used towels in the shower.

rooms need updating. could do with a paint job and there was a leak in the shower.

Staff very friendly, room large and well equipped, great location with easy access to Aintree.

The food selection for dinner was OK but not a great choice. Breakfast was better, good selection.

Room 108 - Bathroom - needs maintenance - sealant around the shower entrance, toilet (and in general) dirty, needs replacing. It was very poor. I have photos Shower pressure very poor. Mattress uncomfortable.

Staff were excellent- so friendly welcoming and helpful!
