"Holiday Inn stay, horsey bunch with exams weekend 31-2 april"

Staff were utterly fantastic! Very kind and accomodating and social and engaging 😀

The room was waaaayyyyy to hot and i couldnt lower the temperature below 16 degrees. I tend to sleep more in the 5-10 degrees and any higher i use a fan at night to keep the room cool.

"Great hotel and fantastic staff!"

Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the restaurant was very nice.

expensive for the price but then again there are limited options in the area for the price

Far too warm in room! And couldn't open window enough to cool it. Made it hard to sleep.

The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were absolutely excellent, so friendly and attentive and accommodating. Really impressed by the high level of customer service.

We couldn’t turn the heating off in our room-only reason I didn’t give it a 10
