During our short stay here our experience was nice. The hotel was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting friends/family nearby or just need to stop off for a night. Thanks again Holiday Inn Warrington.

Initial ambience and the Brand name of Hilton

Parking extra fee, bed not ready, jammed glass doors towards bathroom, stains on the bed, cracks on the floor etc.

I arrived late in the evening at the property, and once parked and made my way to reception, once the night porter came over and checked me in, it was a quick and easy process to get into the room. It wasn't far from the motorway.

It's quite clear from the hotel that the main reception areas have had a refit, to make it look cool and funky, but once through the doors to the lift, it seemed very dated almost older than god. The room facilities were quite dated, but functional.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating

Lack of choice for food as I can not eat gluten wheat or dairy.

Nice, big, comfortable room. Nice powerful shower. Lovely staff!

Just one tiny suggestion: breakfast would be better with a few more pastry options and different kinds of bread. Everything else was perfect!
