The staff are warm, friendly and go out of their way to make sure guests have a great stay. The grounds are lush and well maintained, with staff working around the clock to keep it looking good. There are plenty of sun loungers around the well kept pools and it was always easy to get one. The hotel provides towels to use at the pool, which saves yours for any tours you might take! The morning breakfast provides a range of foods, from a variety of cooked foods to pastries to fresh fruit. The lunch and dinner menu has both Thai food and Western food and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. They also have a great range of cocktails. I only stayed here 4 nights, as I was moving on to Krabi but I would definitely return and stay longer!

Absolutely stunning hotel! If you want rest, relaxation and exquisite views -this is your hotel! The sea-view room is very spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that allows you to take it all in. Breakfast is really good, however, it would be nice to have more of a fruit selection.

Amazing hotel ambience, direct view point for beach, very beautiful and clean pool. Good rooms. Away from busy streets, so very quiet and peaceful.

Service is amazing and kind, breakfast and diner is great, hotel itself is amazing looking. Great stay with amazing view.

Great until the check out experience I checked out early on 19th November and until then my stay at your hotel had been excellent however the checkout process was very much a disaster. Not only was some of my deposit money missing but the person managing the check out informed me that I had an outstanding value from the previous evening which I pointed out had been paid in cash on the day before and was paid in cash because at the time their chip and pin devices were not working to accept card payments - anyway reluctantly I just paid again as I my taxi was waiting to leave for the airport. Then the guys said there was one pair of flip flops missing from the room , which was correct as I had used them, I was then charged for the missing flip flops which I had assumed were there for the guest to use and to retain if desired, it seems that they would be expecting the next guest to use flip flop that had been used by previous guests. The check out really created a bad feeling for not only myself but for other guest that I observed checking out!

We stayed for 3 nights at Andaman Cannacia Resort and left feeling wonderfully relaxed. The atmosphere is very chilled, with plenty of cozy spots to unwind—sofas, swing seats, and a beautiful pool area with a terrace overlooking the sea. Our deluxe room was comfortable, though the bathroom was quite small. The shower door opened inward, which made it tricky to use the bath mat and felt a little cramped. On the plus side, we loved our cute balcony with a sofa bed—perfect for afternoon siestas, especially when it rained. A small improvement would be adding hooks or a rail for drying swimwear. The hair dryer was functional but not very effective, especially if you have long thick hair (you'll be there all day drying it). Two 500ml drinking water provided free every day, but felt we could have had 4 bottles as 2 weren't enough. The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Kata Beach, which is handy, but timing your return can be tricky if you're exploring. We often chose to walk back, which meant tackling the massive hill back up to the hotel). Food was very good, with the baked pineapple standing out as a firm favorite. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with a relaxed vibe, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the views. Some nice additional touches would be to offer a cold towel at check in and provide a turn down service.

I booked the wrong dates (should be 25–27 Nov, not 27–29). Despite multiple cancellation requests via Agoda, emails, and social media, the hotel ignored me. Calls were met with excuses and delays. So unprofessional!!! Don't book this hotel

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff were the most lovely and friendly people. They helped out and were so supportive whenever I needed assistance with absolutely anything. Everything was perfect, the room, the food, the staff, it was all beautiful. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. I will definitely be returning here!
