My family and I stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We had a minor issue with our initial room, but a huge shout-out goes to Mickey, who resolved it within a few hours and kindly upgraded us to a better room. She was extremely understanding, friendly, and handled the situation with great professionalism. The new room was beautiful, and we loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Its location is convenient, with easy beach access just a ten-minute walk away. The gym, pool, and jacuzzi areas were all well-maintained and added to the relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were so lovely and kind, always attentive and happy to help. Rooms were super clean and spacious, would highly recommend.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your restaurant. On 21 october, I ordered a carbonara, as described on the menu, which clearly stated that it should come with bacon. However, when the dish arrived, I found that it contained ham instead of bacon. When I pointed out the discrepancy to the waiter, I was offered a replacement with sautéed ham, which was neither what I had ordered nor what was indicated on the menu. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, I was informed that they were unavailable at that moment. Unfortunately, I was not offered any satisfactory solution nor a clear response from the staff, which led to a very negative experience. Additionally, no replacement that matched what was requested was provided. I believe that situations like this undermine customers' trust in the quality of service and attention to detail expected at an establishment such as yours. I request a response to this complaint, as well as a suitable solution to compensate for the failure to fulfill the menu description and the poor experience I received.

A wonderful experience that i really recommend! The staff is so nice and adorable, the breakfast is super filling and diverse, the room was super clean and smells like heaven! ☺️ We initially booked a two bed room but we were upgraded to a suite, it was a wonderful surprise!!! ❤️❤️

It was such a beautiful hotel, from every small detail the atmosphere was chilled but easy to access busier bits for a cheap taxi. Location wise you sit on a hill so the views are gorgous. The rooms were very large with fridge and coffee station, with gorgous balcony, which was cleaned regularly provided pool towels which also get cleaned every day. It was quiet with no issues with noises but we went in off season, but the staff were so attentive and kind, couldn’t do enough for you. Would defiantly stay again.

Evrything is good. Overall a nice experience The restaurant staff need to behave. Throughly enjoyed. View and the service is also extent.

1st class hotel! Absolutely beautiful rooms with beds facing towards sliding doors onto big balconies with views of the sea or pool below. We had a deluxe sea view room. The pools & jacuzzi were lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds at the pool and overlooking the beach below. Everything was spotless. The staff were so friendly - everyone from the maids, waitresses, bell boys, to the taxi driver Mr Chawin (who took us to the market in Phuket town for a very reasonable price) were amazingly helpful. Mickey & her reception staff especially Mae with her constant smile, all made us feel like VIP’s. You can walk down the hill to the resort but we took the hourly free shuttle bus and tended to walk along the beach and sit and watch the surfers in the reggae bar. The food in the hotel was also incredible. A fantastic buffet selection at breakfast and a la carte menu for diner. We went half board and had a 3 course meal every night with the most amazing choices of food, which saved us a lot of money as restaurants in Kata are not as cheap as mainland Thailand. This hotel was quiet, intimate and luxurious and I would recommend it 100%. We also booked massages to celebrate our anniversary which were so good. The only suggestions I could make would be to cover the mixed fruit at breakfast time and to get bins with foot paddles for the bathrooms. We went on to another two 5* star resorts in Thailand but this one was our favourite and I would love to return. Thank you everyone for making our holiday so amazing! We also took a day trip to Phi Phi islands which is a must! Plenty of excursion stalls in Kata and worth shopping around for. We got our day trip for b1400.

We have really good stay in hotel all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mohit &Gajendra they helped me all the time .the room was ver clean also the price was great ,if i will back to phuket i will come to this hotel again
