My family and I spent four nights at this hotel. In our experience, it was exactly what we were looking for: a place to sleep and leave our belongings while we were out and about. Although it says breakfast is included, for the price I wasn't expecting much. There was tea, coffee, milk, cream, some juices from a machine, bread, cream cheese, cereal, butter, and jam. It also includes free Wi-Fi and parking. The rooms are fine, as I said before, nothing special. The bathroom was the same, and have cool and hot water. As for public transportation, I didn't use it, but I saw that other users said they had a good experience. By private car, the hotel is 20 minutes from Manhattan. As for the staff, everyone was very friendly, from housekeeping to reception.

During the winter (the time I went), the hallways are quite cold; I think they should improve that.

Staff were friendly and understandable.

Rooms had really bad smell. The first room had a terrible smell had to ask for another room, the second room was a bit better. My kids kept coughing. Don't recommend to go with kids. Nothing like the pictures.
