The location is great. Only 15 mins away from NYC. this hotel is very convenient. Clean rooms with great friendly staff.

O preço foi bom e a cama é confortável.

Todas as janelas da entrada, da escada, do corredor e dos quartos são fechadas, não permitindo a circulação de ar. Na entrada onde é permitido fumar o vento entra e leva o mal cheiro do cigarro para todo o corredor dos apartamentos, é um cheiro muito forte e ruim de cigarro, quase insuportável. O Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, não teve nem ovo nem bacon, só pão gelado e sucrilhos. O cheiro do desinfetante do salão era horrível e muito forte, deu até para sentir o gosto quando estava comendo. A senhora que ficou na mesa do café foi muito mal educada e grossa. Eu não sabia que o recipiente dos sucrilhos tinha que rodar para sair, então ela cheio de arrogância falou " tem que girar, é assim" é ficou várias vezes girando com brutalidade que quase derramou do meu prato. Eu tive que devolver a metade sobsucrilhos. Ainda bem que fui com colegas, pois com a minha família eu jamais iria num lugar desse.

The management is great and help you out when you're in need

The bathroom sink the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was no water at all in the shower went to the front desk three times to complain. They finally fixed the second day still could not take a shower because the tub wasn’t fixed. They replaced the faucet on the sink. This is unacceptable and I will not recommend them to anybody else. It’s no sense in going to a place you can’t wash your face. There was barely enough water to brush your teeth and you couldn’t take a shower. The room was nice and clean. It was made up every day but my main problem was the water thank you very much and I will not recommend to anybody.

Poorly maintained. Bad smell (weed) in the building. No kettle or tea/coffee for arrival of guests. Toilet and shower difficult to operate. Leaking bathroom. Note that the "breakfast" is just bread and butter. Definitely not worth the money.

Close to metlife

Stay here cause I feel safe and it's quiet but also the staff are wonderful.
