Location

No hot water for shower with outside temoerature minus 5. This was totally unacceptable and 1 night rwdund shoukd be given as what we paid for was not forthcoming

The area was very good

I stay here all the time but for the first time there was so many roaches in the room I wasn't happy at all this time. It breaks my heart to write this comment because I stay here all the time and had great experience but this time 😔
