Everything. Beds were extremely comfortable. Great location as I was there for medical and recovered in the hotel for a few days before traveling home. Was so worth it.

The pancake machine was down and the waffle thing was without batter

I booked this hotel room through a third party (bring Fido). When we had to go to Phoenix for my husband’s first Chemo treatment. That was two day in a row treatment. When we were unable to check in do to the reaction to the treatment that landed my husband in the hospital for three days. I called to ask for a refund for the days we had booked or a voucher to use for different days since he was admitted into the Mayo Clinic hospital and was told NO. I got in touch with the third party to see if they could help to get our money back. And they were also told NO. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. This was a $500.00 MISTAKE. Piss pore place that doesn’t take into consideration that emergencies happen. I wouldn’t stay here defiantly check out a place somewhere else.
