The hotel is so close to Mayo Clinic and this time was affordable. The barking dogs were a little annoying at times, but manageable. I would always stay here when I have appointments at the clinic, if I could.

We srayed here simply because it was the closest hotel we could find to get to our destination the next day. We greatly appreciate the folks at the front desk, management and staff who made our stay comfortable and easy. We highly recommend this hotel. It's clean and quiet.

"Poor service"

I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor service I received from the receptionist, Dana. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that the behavior of just one person can ruin the experience at a place that is supposed to offer hospitality.

"Horrible hospility"

This is a hotel that positions its self in the parking lot of the mayo clinic a hospital doing amazing things for very sick people and this hotel has done anything that it can to profit off of the patients. First the whole parking lot belongs to mayo but if your a patient needing to stay close just know this hotel charges $14 a night for parking. The hotel used to have all the time shuttle service to and from the hospital everyday now they cut that down to Monday-Friday 7am-4pm today on a Saturday I witnessed as an elderly man on oxygen asked for a ride to mayo and was told no we don't do that on the weekend. Either service the people paying your bills or relocate your hotel so a more hospitable one can move in that location!!!

Was absolutely wonderful Was so comfortable we didn’t have to worry about anything. The bed was as comfortable as my own bed. Really enjoyed the breakfast.
