Nice, clean, and safe.

The water in the shower was not adjustable it stayed extremely hot almost unbearable to shower at times!

equipment in room did not work (dish washer, doors, shower drain).

The beds in this hotel are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. You might as well be sleeping directly on springs because that’s what it feels like. The staff is not very friendly or helpful. There was a large group of rowdy kids in the breakfast area and I had to tell them to calm down so I could hear my phone conversation. Lastly, I found bugs in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean property and rooms. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast. Issues with some of the room amenities- electrical wiring was bizarre (kitchen light had to be on to use the bathroom lights). Air conditioning didn’t work in one bedroom and there was no maintenance onsite so we had to do without. Note that the queen pullout is not suitable for anyone larger than a toddler, and we had to ask for bedding.

The people working hard and professional, very friendly. Thank you for keeping rooms clean.

My Check-in was very quick and very fast, the hotel was clean, only problem i had was it was some children running up and down the hall until 11 something at night.

The location is excellent, being adjacent to the Mall and many restaurants. Nice breakfast experience and attentive housekeeping. However, the staff and maintenance get a terrible rating for not responding to two missing light bulbs. The desk bulb & overhead kitchenette bulb was inoperable. After a 9 day stay, the issue was never resolved.

Hotel was very dated, very unkept, did not seem clean at all…pool was broken….breakfast was completely forgettable….staff was nice and helpful
