Towneplace Suites by Marriott Arundel Mills

Hotel is clean, very quiet and close to shopping areas.

Very nice and close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was great especially the breakfast and great coffee. The price was compatible with the stay and if I may to compare the hotel to the "Live Casino Hotel" that casino hotel was not upto par with the price it had it was too over price for room.

Upon walking into the 1st room I reserved it smelled like smoke so I asked for another room. The 2nd room didn’t smell like but the sofa couch was broke. 30 minutes after someone had come to look at the bed, I for a status. They let me know noone was going to fix at that hour (near midnight). So I asked for another room (which like the 2nd was a downgrade to my original reservation. This room was better but every outdoor sound transmitted into the room. Even the dryer transmitted into the room.

Bathroom door didnt shut. Dishwasher not functional.

I love the location of the property. It is near a mall. There is sufficient parking. They had a nice small fitness center. The things i did not like was the AC in the living area did not work.

The property was nice, quiet, and very comfortable living space. I enjoyed the breakfast they prepared for the guest and staff were helpful and respectful.

The property is old. There was an issues with electrical issue in the room. TVs not turning on nor was there cable working. The pool was empty and not functionally. The property is suppose to have a facelift soon, but it’s no excuse for a Marriott to be this terrible. Motel6 would have given me a better stay way cheaper!

A good hotel for the area. A bit worn down but definitely not a bad place to stay. Pool was not open, in fact it was drained. I only stayed two days so didnt use cleaning service.

Was overcharged and desk clerk said he would correct it and did not.
