Place is wonderful can’t wait to stay again

Check in area not in a good location of lobby. It was “Salsa dance” night and the reception person couldn’t hear me, wasn’t attentive and was singing along with music. Didn’t offer any additional info on Hotel details for example about WiFi, parking etc.

Everything was amazing. The view of the area from the window was nice. The room was temperature properly and we had access to restaurants and bars that were walking distance.

Out of date style. Loud Latin night club music in the lobby. You have to pay for breakfast….. 2 bucks for an apple. Rust in showers and chipped paint on ceiling walls outside the showers. The only positive thing was the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

My stay at Aloft Richmond West Short Pump was excellent! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and modern, and the atmosphere was upbeat and refreshing. The location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Elevator smelled like wet dog, children in the parking garage blasting music, dancing, three cops ended up showing up

Horrible stay. Urine stained mattress, desk attendant never answered the phone throughout my entire stay, and a/c unit was hanging off the unit in the room.
