A series of unfortunate events made an already stressful trip even moreso. I won’t be returning.

The new renovated rooms look amazing

It got off to a bumpy start. The agent at the front desk ran my credit card 5 times because something was wrong with the machine. Once he gave up on that and gave us our hotel keys it was a pleasant stay. Also there is salsa dancing in the lobby area on certain nights, so you are able to get in a good workout if you are game for it!

Staff is excellent! Sadly, the rooms are weird. "Loft" vibe fails to deliver on countless levels: coffee setup in room about as far away from water in sink as possible: ironing board hangs on wall in bedroom from a random free-standing clothes "closet" just a few feet away from coffee machine/fridge. Extraordinarily few electrical outlets. Bedside lamps have no USB charging ports; and none anywhere else in the room. Have stayed here many many times over last six or eight years. Every room has been remodeled (overhauled) to poor effect. The original rooms were perfect. Will not return.

it was excellent

Given a room that reeked of fresh paint and the AC did not work. Desk clerk came and fiddled with the AC and said it was fixed but after a half hour of heat and paint fumes- I jumped ship. Not healthy for me or my dog. Went to desk- new clerk- I explained situation. Response- why are you in that room? Me- because the staff put me in that room. Well it is not a pet room. Berate your coworker- not me. I had nothing to do with room choice. And I cannot be in a room with a small dog that reeks of paint. There was alot of back and forth and finally a new room- which was the farthest room away form the center of the hotel. Poorly located. Mext to Laundry Room. It was a total insult like I Wass being punished. All this took almost 2 hours which them blew my plans of leaving at 5am. Rude people. I complained to the manager via email and not one thing has happened. NEVER AGAIN

Rude incompetent staff

I was surprised at how loud the room was and how much hallway/exterior noise could be heard in my room.
