Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati West by IHG

False web site advertising. Pool says open at 9am. Green water. Said be ready at 2pm but it was 3:30. Pool still had lots of bugs on top of water and some green on bottom. All 9 plastic lounge chairs broken. Toilet lid seat in room broken. No housekeeping one day. Had to call for towels and toilet paper. Says Coffee in lobby..Just water with no cups. Smells of pot at front entrance.

Checked in here thinking it was a good place to stay for a business trip. Instead I am now faced with a $2600 bill for repairs to my vehicle as it and 5 other vehicles were vandalized during the night. When the front desk attendant was confronted by owners of the vehicles and in front of the Police, he stated that yes for several weeks they were having vehicle break ins. Several calls and emails to the management and IHG directly have gone unanswered so we will it seems we will now have to take some legal action since they are obviously hiding this situation from patrons! SO IHG WHY NOT GET SOME SECURITY SINCE YOU ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM?

Location made it easy to get onto and off the highway from GABP

Called to see if I could check in at 1. Was told it would be 25.00 extra. Told them never mind. Got there, went in and tried to check in at 1. She told me she would like to charge me 10 dollars extra. I said whatever.

Clean and comfy and the desk clerk was delightful.

The staff was very nice, the room was comfortable and clean and a good selection of breakfast
