"Poor Management"

I would not recommend this hotel. Debbie at the front desk was super rude. The air conditioner didn’t work at arrival and it was repaired with painters tape with wires hanging out at the front, no hair dryer in the bathroom and when we called the front desk everyone just told us they are too full to do anything about getting anything “extra”. We had 2 towels in the room for a family of four and when we asked for more we were told the entire hotel had no towels. Some of our friends tried to get breakfast at 8:30 on Saturday and they were told they didn’t have anymore food. It seems that the management for this location and planning for people is not something they can do at this location.

Location is great close to highway major restaurant chains and Meijers

Hotel Fire alarm system went off, requiring us to evacuate our room at 6am, rooms not well maintained, clean but dated and no views.

"My stay was good besides the false advertising price"

I liked the new look and updates .. Breakfast,

Online says 67 dollars and get there after I called and made sure it was that price he said yes but I didn't get that price which it was honestly aggravating.. It's false advertising too ..
