Daytona Beach Resort

It's a good location. Prices were right. Room and property was very clean. Employees very friendly and helpful. We will be going back.

Check in was horrible. The lady at the front desk was rude. She said I couldn’t check in until 4, it was 3:48. Two gentlemen helped store my food because we were originally told we could check in at 1. The lady said the person I spoke to had no idea what she was talking about. She also talked to a coworker like he was trash. Our room sucked. Super dirty. Reeked of cigarettes. The couch and chair were so dirty. The bathroom shower was mildewy. We didn’t have enough blankets or towels and when we called down they said they had no staff. I couldn’t leave my kids - who were sleeping alone. There were 3 employees that actually were outstanding despite this place being so horrible. The pool was good and beach access was good.

Loved the pool and access to the beach.

the decoration under the bed was broken,also I had booked the room with a king-size bed but when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room with two double beds

They had a lot of parking for a hotel on the beach. Great access to the beach. Rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were a nice size. Beds were comfortable.

the pools are great,

Rooms are dated but everything else was excellent. Beach access, pool, pool side bar and snacks etc. Definitely recommended for stay with family or friends

Not - so - good. Place needs remodeling or updated 100%. Definitely not for a 3.5 stars classification; it is more of 2.5 stars. Not recommend if you are looking for a nice looking and 3.5 stars. We are not coming back here at all. NEED AN UPDATE super all old.

This was a nice stay for new years. Due to renovations the inside restaurant was closed. The bar by the pool however filled in nicely. Some things are in need of an upgrade but you can see them working on it. Staff was excellent.
