USThe bartendes..Robby and Cory were both genial, helpful, and efficient. Sandwiches are far too big but terrific.. Room was extremely clean, though tea was not replenished,, lighting is terrible, not one bright light in the room for reading. Bed is very comfortable, clean, (too high for short people!!!:-) ) Beautifull quiet though a bit unfriendly.
Front desk staff should know more about the city; couldn't find a catholic church, didn't give me any help for it, explained she doesn't know Harrisburg (then shouldn't be working in a hotel without learning something about it) Frustrating there is no signage from Amtrak, not easy to find when walking.

USIt was centrally located and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
The room was small. Barely enough room to open the fridge door at the foot of the bed. Bathroom was small too. Only valet parking, which was disclosed at booking.
