Missing the thoughtful touches that travelers come to appreciate, like free coffee, tea or hot water in the lobby. Having an expensive Starbucks in the lobby is a just smarmy business move. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and entire bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Beds were way too high to sit on comfortably. Anyone with hip or back problems would have a hard time.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel , I have stayed at the Crowne plaza before and enjoyed and will will book next time I'm in town

USI loved they accommodated me at 3 am but I don’t like the fact i was brushed off about late checkout til 1pm but I checked n and paid at 315am
