The hotel was clean and in a good location for my purpose. Restaurant was closed due to COVID but I didn’t get given any information on where I could get food from.

Super, confortable et personnels accueillant.

We liked the hotel and would choose it again when we go back to that area. The bed was good, the room well-planned and comfortable. The hotel was well-organized for Covid sanitary measures, too.

Best western has typical level of quality and functionality you expect. Like visiting a good chain restaurant. No unexpected amenities but always a clean, spacious and comfortable room. Hotel l’arbois is no different. Always appreciate a simple stay at these hotels.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The hotel is far removed from Aix-en-Provence, or really any tourist attraction so make sure you have a car if you stay here.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were GREAT. Everything else was to a high quality. The location is easy to drive to Aix. Not much going on nearby, but we were only there 1 night

Very good location, close to highway, convenient bed and good shower. Restaurant is nothing special. Good guest service.
