Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

Very inviting and friendly staff. The premises were kept very well. I liked everything about my stay. The room was a bit small, but that is normal for the area. I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

The only thing I did not like is that I attempted to check out one day early as my travel plans had changed. The hotel staff were unable to credit me with the extraneous night where the room was totally unoccupied. I do not fault the staff as it seemed something out of their control.

I stayed at Hotel Felix for three days and honestly had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel has a stylish and cozy atmosphere, a perfect location, and everything in downtown Chicago was easy to reach. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made the stay even better after long days exploring the city. A very special thank you to Marina and Nika — they were truly incredible. Extremely professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. Marina especially deserves special recognition. She has such a positive energy, amazing attention to detail, and a natural talent for making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. From the very first interaction, she made the whole experience feel more personal and welcoming. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only highly professional, but also so sincere, caring, and charismatic at the same time. They really create the feeling that you are not just another guest at the hotel, but someone they are sincerely happy to welcome. It’s rare to meet people who combine such a high level of service with real human warmth and care. Hotel Felix is definitely a place I would gladly come back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

No room cleaning for 3 days, no minibar, very expensive for the old building. Breakfast is just a snack. Rooms are dark, and they have drilling and maintenance on a normal day

Staff are super nice and helpful, they serve you coffee and tea 24/7, the rooms are nice, very clean, absolutely amazing location, lobby is very pretty and overall nice experience. Wed like to thank Daniel, super nice and helpful. We were scared of the bad reviews but we had an amazing time.

Location is great but hotel is average. Very small room and seemed very disorganized at the front desk. We needed an extra blanket and after 5 different attempts calling down stairs at different times we finally just went down and got it ourselves. Hallways seemed run down and at times stunk of weed. Also, the ight is so bright in the hallway outside of the room it would create a light pocket from the peep hole on the door right to your head when sleeping lol
