Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

I have nothing else to add I Will not return. The room was small, poor view and a dirty shower. Housekeeper banged on the door at 11:15am, check out was noon. I will not recommend this place or come back.

Room space is extremely small very unfortunately. Personal not that friendly.

The location was great! Lots of restaurants in the area plus a Whole Foods and Aldi close by. The train access was close by as well.

The staff were fantastic! Very professional and helpful. We really appreciated that. They made the unpleasant hotel policies bearable.

The lobby could use a bit of uplift to make it more welcoming. I found the design and furnishing subpar for a 4 star hotel. We found 3 hotel policies quite unpleasant: 1. No kettle in the room. Each time we wanted hot water, which was twice a day, we needed to go to the lobby to get it. 2. No complimentary use of hotel umbrellas. They charge about $5 to borrow it. That is exploitative. 3. Surcharge of $5 per luggage to keep it in the locker room after check out. Simply exploitative! This is just not decent, especially in so-called “hospitality” industry. Only hotel I have come across with such an unfriendly policy.

Very clean and updated rooms. Supper friendly staff in all areas.

Rooms are a bit small but probably standard for Chicago.

Overall a great stay, the front desk staff was super welcoming and kind. The room was clean and all of our wishes were met. The location of the hotel was ideal because we were 5 -10 min walking distance from a lot of places like Portillo’s & Giordano’s etc.

Non ti rispondono ai messaggi e sarò obbligato a contattare Booking per riavere i miei soldi NON CI ANDATE!!!
