Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

La proximité de l'hôtel avec le centre et ce qu'on voulait voir était très bien. La superficie de la chambre aussi.

C'était un peu bruyant mais c'est logique vu la situation géographique.

The bedroom was very small for the price. No coffee machine, no fridge and microwave.

In addition to the disappointing check-in experience, I was also underwhelmed by the overall accommodations. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. The amenities were sparse and did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The guest room itself was very small and appeared dated and in need of upgrading. I was also surprised to find that there were no cups or glasses provided in the room, which was inconvenient. Overall, between the poor customer service and the condition of the room, my stay did not meet the standards I expected.

Hotel & staff were great! Clean room, great location. Enjoyed my stay

The view from my room was terrible, faced an alley. Parking was challenging-- paid $55 to park at the Godfrey

The location was perfect! So many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy walk or public transport to Michigan Ave, Riverwalk, Navy Pier. The bed was super comfy.

The bathroom had no counter space and the closet was a little awkward and on the smaller side. The overall room design was very run-of-the-mill hotel. But we were out and about most of the time, and overall it was a good experience.
