Location was amazing…walking distance from everything. Nice and safe area, with lot of restaurants and coffee shops, as well groceries.

Room was smaller than expected, and there was no view from room. Ur facing building and there is no that much sun light during day.

Fabulous near North Side location of downtown Chicago. Was able to walk to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Wonderful hotel staff and lovely room.

As toalhas do meu quarto estava sujas quando cheguei. O banheiro não tem box e, por isso, quando se toma banho molha o banheiro todo. Além disso, o quarto simplesmente não tem luz direito. O interruptor fica só na porta de entrada do quarto e a luz é fraquíssima. Por fim, a forma de pagamento é muito ruim. Não pude pagar em cartões diferentes, tive que dar uma caução de 100,00 dólares que apenas será estornada dentro de aproximadamente 2 semanas.

Location was great with parking on the next block. Walked from the Navy Pier back to hotel which was easy and along the water way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size with a roomy bathroom.
