Hampton Inn Bellevue

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Erin and the day manager. I don't recall his name unfortunately. Thank you for our stay and making us feel welcome.

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was good. Connie was kind, helpful and accommodating. Less than 15 minutes from the Henry Doorley Zoo which is the number one zoo in the United States and less than 20 minutes from Block 16 which has amazing fries.

Room thermostat did not work. There was duct tape holding the shower floor together. There were holes in the walls.

Excellent staff very friendly clean except they empty the garbage in your room every other day and bring towels every other day need bigger garbage cans in room

Excellent breakfast. They gave us plenty of cups in our room. Hot coffee, decaf, water/tea bags always out in lobby.

When we got there we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the check in desk. She said that she was the only one working she was helping someone.She apologized and was very friendly. I wasn’t as friendly sorry.

We absolutely loved our room! We had 5 people all together. 3 adults and 2 smaller children and the one room with 2 queen beds was more than enough space for us all. Very comfortable! The bathroom as well was very spacious! Everything was exceptionally clean as well. The staff at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The children loved the swimming pool and area as well!

There is really nothing about the hotel that we disliked. However the location wasnt the best place, and was somewhat noisy as we were on the 4th floor and fhe air force base was close to us. So we heard planes most the time but not the hotels fault really!

We will definitely stay with you again!
