Comfortable setting

Housekeeping was attentive. Breakfast buffet was average and during crowded rush time the food ran out and people were left with few selections. Food quality was okay generally but the signature golden waffle was the usual high quality. I think people expect a higher quality breakfast buffet for the hotel price.

In an area that was easy to get to discount and grocery stores. Directly off the highway. Parking easy. Room was clean but had a slight odor of wet carpeting, sort of moldy. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I booked two rooms for 5 nights each. On the last night I was charged again for one of the rooms. Even though I had my Expedia receipt showing I had paid they still charged me for one night for one of the rooms.

Location is great and staff was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was how you could easily hear people walking or running down the halls or if they were in a room above you walking around. I wish the rooms were a little more sound proof, but the lovely staff and great breakfast more than made up for it.
