Nice, clean place. Staff was exceptional!

It was probably my mistake, but I had only booked my rooms for one night when I wanted two. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and very helpful and suggested what I could do to fix the tissue. I also came too early to check in and she apologized very politely and said to come back after three which I completely understood so far, everything is very clean and nice great hotel great location for what we needed to do and everybody’s been very friendly.

Stayed in the Omaha area for the weekend to go to the Omaha zoo. The pool area was gross and not well maintained. Heard multiple people mention it to the front desk while we were there. We mentioned it, and were told the pool is cleaned nightly at 11pm, checked it out the following morning and wasn’t clean. Overall disappointing, we won’t stay there again.

Beds were uncomfortable, repairs are needed gap in flooring by room door. Shower was luke warm. No housekeeping. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Great facility with pleasant and attentive staff. Will stay there whenever in Bellevue.

Property was full. Had reserved 3 rooms for our party. Asked for non handicaped rooms. Ended up with 3 handicapted rooms. The show floor looked to be in a stage of repair, but it did not function safely.

Unfortunately I'm not able to accurately review this hotel. The front desk called 2 hours before check in to tell us they didn't have a room for us due to maintenance issues. I was told I would receive a full refund and extra bonus points for the inconvenience. I was also told I would receive an email confirming those things. I have yet to see either.
