Hampton Inn Bellevue

It was a clean hotel. Seemed very unorganized. They tried canceling our room the day of stating their system had a glitch and overbooked. I told them we could not switch to another motel because we had other family staying and that same Hotel. The gals working the breakfast area did not keep it stocked much of the time. I went down there on three separate occasions and each time they were out of something. So each time I took it upon myself to let them know what they were out of. There were people waiting in line while they restocked. When I checked out I asked the gal what some extra pending charges were and she stated I did not pay my entire bill which I did pay my bill well over a month before I booked. I showed her the receipt and emailed it to their email. She said she works the next morning and would ensure the charges do not stay. So waiting on that to see if that hold true. Not a good experience with this Hampton Inn

Front Desk attendant was very friendly.

The whole building has a moldy smell, breakfast was okay.

All good. Room 220 was a little musty... somethonh not quite right. Otherwise excellent.

When I got to the hotel I had ordered a king bed but when I got there they told me the king bed would not be ready and the only thing they had was 2 queen beds I made these reservation months in advance and paid more for the king

Seemed to be a newer facility. Nice size rooms, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!
