Hampton Inn Bellevue

The staff was wonderful and overall it was a clean and welcoming place. Every person at the desk would greet us and help us with any questions we had. They were accommodating and friendly and we really appreciated having them around. A few things that could be easily improved- first, who designed the sinks?? Not only is it the least hygienic faucet design I can imagine but even my kid could not fit his hands into the sink to easily wash them because the faucet is short and in the corner. Please consider skid prevention mats for the elevators as people coming and going from the pool left puddles and made the floor slippery which could cause an accident. Next, bigger trash cans or replacement trash bags in the room would be helpful as the rooms are cleaned every other day. Third, breakfast was good but I was sad on the day that the egg option was an omelet that included cheese. Scrambled eggs without anything else should be a staple as the simpler food is the more people it can appeal to. As someone who if gluten and lactose sensitive my options were reduced quite a bit thanks to the added cheese. It can easily be served separately.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Very clean. Felt safe. Breakfast was not bad.

Th it a hotel was everything that we needed

They only make the rooms up every other day. I asked for an additional and they just emptied the trash and exchanged the towels.

The hotel seemed a little bit rundown with some confusion on the part of the staff. They tried really hard, but were too inexperienced to come up with their own solutions, though they were pretty friendly when I offered up solutions of my own, and then they were accommodating. Probably a little training on customer service wouldn’t hurt. The property itself could use a little bit of a refresher. There’s things like underneath the hotel door. There’s no transition between the carpets in the room and the carpets in the hallway just a piece of raw flooring throughout the entire second floor. It was OK but we usually stay at Hampton Inn and this one didn’t quite meet up with the others

It was very nice stay. My husband was having surgery and the hospital was very close.

The pool wasn't open, there were no hot eggs for breakfast and the hard boiled eggs are served cold and couldn't peel the shell. Potatoes, sausage and bacon. T. V. also wouldn't connect. Glad I was able to sleep and had to float in the tub to decompress my neck and spine. It's the only reason I got the room was to go to the pool and float.
