Everything was great, room was nice, it was quite, it was clean,

The toilet kept running, no pool, no coffee in lobby, only had decaffeinated coffee in room.

No hot water on day of stay, Facility blames City of Houston.

Smells like weed

The rate is over 115$ not including taxes plus a refundable deposit . I also paid for an additional night the next morning and I ask to get a new room they told me they do not change rooms after I paid and they do not give room services to extended stay guest which is ridiculous I will never come here again I should be getting better service than this after staying at this hotel for a additional night hotel change rooms everyday as long as the room is not booked she wouldn’t give me an unbooked room for some reason which should be unacceptable ALSO THE drain in my shower doesn’t drain I have to stick my hand in the tub in pull the latch in order for me to get the water out

Probably will not stay there again. Other properties in the area are much better. Homeless camped out right in front of the building.

It was difficult find the driving entrance to the hotel. The facility was an older facility without hardly any upgrades or general maintenance. The halls, elevator and room reeked of cigarette smoke. The receptionist was cordial and pleasant.

Staff sorely in need of manager. Shuttle driver very good. Coffee maker in room not working. Surrounding area risky.

The phone, chair, ice maker, toilet paper holder did not work. The room had a moldy smell to it. The doorframe was broken and didn’t shut on the door to the bedroom. The toilet had to be fixed because it wouldn’t flush.

The air conditioner in the room has a loud noise. The toilet constantly has the sound of running water. All these noises make it difficult for me to sleep properly, and the experience is very poor.
