Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbia

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were all very friendly. The room was a bit musty smelling and the nearby exterior door was loud when it was frequently being closed.

Hotel staff were great. The room had some damage to the tub surround in the bathroom, making it seem a little dingy. The air conditioner made this super annoying repetitive pinging noise all night. Beds were pretty comfy. Breakfast was great. Nice hot tub.

There needs to be signage posted notifying patrons of the proper way to exit from the facility. There is a parking lot in the rear of the building that has no access out.

Room is next to the freeway. Little noisy.

This place has very friendly and done to earth employees, it was a little sad that since breakfast was till nine the kitchen started clearing it out at 845. Otherwise thank you for providing a clean and friendly and easy checkin and stay

We were given a room that was either still occupied or had not been cleaned. Given a new room and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned.

The Columbia, MO, Fairfield had an easy check in process and the desk attendant was helpful when the room AC unit did not work properly. Updated shower and hallway decor
