Courtyard Des Moines West-Jordan Creek

Everything was close by! Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and a mall. The area was very beautiful and clean. I’d definitely stay there again.

Location was great ! Also front desk girl Symra I may be spelling her name wrong but she was amazing ! She’s the reason I came back 2 more times plus told my friends to use this same location as well ! She should get in sales side of hotel she’s awesome ! Even over the phone is what got us there in the first place ! Long story on how we ended up having to book there but glad we met her !

Staff and location

We ended up with a habicap room and we are not handicapped. The tv did not work! And there was mold in the roll in shower and towels where only given for one person. The front desk said they couldn't do anything for us., even though we called a head twice! Worst Marriott we have stayed at.

Front of house staff was not friendly at all. She definitely did not want to be there.

stayed here recently and the GM was litterally working all day and night tryin t get the hot water fixed. he was there at the front desk, talkin with guests, coordinating plumber just super involved. when the hot water finally came back on, he had the whole lobby clap for the plumbers as they left. no joke — the entire lobby was clapping, it was actually really cool. never seen anything like that at a hotel. mad respect to the GM and desk for carin that much. Shout to AJ at the bar!!💅🏻🥰

We had a great stay for two nights at this Courtyard and when there was an issue with the hot water the hotel manager Tom made us a priority and made sure things ended with a positive experience despite a difficult situation, which is a huge win these days in customer service. The hotel beds were comfortable, the check in staff was friendly and efficient and the coffee in the lobby was excellent. Location for the hotel was stellar and we had a great trip in Des Moines. Much appreciated!

I had booked a room for a work event-have stayed here in the past and it’s been great. Due to weather things got cancelled and they cancelled me and waived the fee. Not expected in the slightest when I called but very happy with their customer service!
