"Not the best Courtyard"

Was passing through on business. Front desk was nice. Tried to downgrade me on a room I had already booked and paid for which was frustrating. The shower in the room had mold all around the floor to wall joint. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

"Awesome Service!!!!"

Had a issue with the hot water while we stayed but honestly Gabby and the GM Tom made up for it. They both went outta there way to make sure we were taken care of. You don’t see that kinda service everywhere so it really meant alot. The area around the hotel is real nice too—lots of places to eat and shop. Even with the hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Visiting for a baseball tournament. Our check-in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great with access a large variety of restaurants and shops. Only negative is that the TVs are not terribly fast. Consistent with standard Marriott quality.
