Courtyard Des Moines West-Jordan Creek

Nice comfortable room and great staff! Building could use some cosmetic updates especially outside. I would stay there again.

We had a long drive. The GM was so hospitable to our family as we tried to get the kids fed late (family of 5). In addition the room we purchased was not what we had needed. They accommodated our family needs easily by changing our room. Very good stay. Would stay again. Thank you!

Outstanding hotel that is only eclipsed by the exceptional customer service delivered by Tom (the GM) and his team! The hotel is clean, and the restaurant is everything a business traveler needs. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and very accommodating. While exceptional customer service can be hard to find, it's not at this hotel in Des Moines, Iowa. Tom and his team are what keep us loyal to Marriott. Great job!!

It was in a great location, close to everything, the bistro was available to us, the room has YouTube which my kids were excited about that.

The sofa bed was small, twin sized. I was thinking it would be full size, that’s the normal size of a pull out sofa bed. And booking kept trying to charge my card after I’ve already paid, several times for two different amounts then sent me a receipt saying that I’ve checked out after 1 night. But we had a 2 night stay, I spoke to Gm Tom about it, he confirmed everything was good on his end. So next time I won’t be going thru booking I’ll book with courtyard directly

This location is very clean. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by a young lady at the front desk and a short while after was welcomed by the GM Tom. They both made my check in process easy and enjoyable. I love the amenities that this location provides. This is my third time in the city of Jordan Creek for work and I regret not choosing Courtyard during my last visits but am excited to book here in the future.

Was here on business and got eight rooms and a conference room. Everybody was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I'm not one to give a review like that but I was surprised at the service. Everybody knows you and calls you by your first name with a smile on your face. I'm in hotel 7 months out of the year so trust me when I say, exceptional service. They haven't lost the art of pampering their guests.

I had travel the world , don’t write reviews , but I felt so confortable at this Hotel that I had to write something… Tom and all his staff were exceptional !! Everything was exelent , Food , service , location What a great experience u made on my stay , Thank u .

Upon arrival, Tom was very welcoming and informative. He shared all of the necessary details and who would be on staff if we needed anything. Later on, we went down to purchase items at the store. Deb was so friendly. It made us feel at home. These two individuals are the epitome of customer service. They should be training others about the importance of the customer experience.
