Staff was always there to see to your comfort. The grounds on which this boutique hotel on are beautiful and make you feel as though you are in the middle of the quaint rainforests of Myanmar even though you are in the heart of Mandalay. Upon arrival washcloths and juice are the norm as well as cocktail hour by the pool upon your arrival back for the day. I will definitely be staying at this place when I come back to Mandalay.

Loved the hotel, friendly staff, happy to do anything to make your stay the best. Great little pool and loungers, good gym with free water and towel, free cocktails, a choice of three, between 6.30-7.30 (drink as much as you can during that happy hour), breakfast a bit samey but good, restaurant Indian, not entirely happy with that as very limited international choices and I did not notice a single Indian customer! Only complaint is that there was no book in the rooms indicating their full range of facilities. I missed out on a workout in the Gym for two days because it is tucked away and I didn’t know it was there! Location wasn’t perfect being a little off the beaten track but otherwise a superb boutique hotel with many little extras to increase one’s comfort.

Nice boutique hotel close to touristic attractions. Beautiful garden, good food, very polite personnel.

Service was exceptional, especially at the restaurant where we were always greeted with the infectious smile of Nan Win. The breakfast buffet is very nice and caters to both Asian and European tastes. The dinner menu is mostly traditional Indian food but there is a great variety. Whenever we returned from a day's outings we were met at the entrance and given an herbal tea and a cold towel for the face. The rooms and common areas are nice but, except for the bathrooms, there is insufficient lighting. The grounds are small but beautiful and the gardens are well manicured. Wi-Fi is spotty. Yet, the small size of the hotel and the great service make for intimacy and good memories. When we left, five staff members assembled at the exit to wave goodbye. Where else would you find this? I would definitely return.

Très bon hôtel dans un écrin de verdure. Peu de chambres donc à taille humaine. Les + : Personnel au petits soins Free tea Time l’après midi et Free cocktail en fin de journée Les -: les chambres Kachin sont sans aucune visibilité (fenêtre donnant immédiatement sur un mur) donc sombres L’hôtel est un peu excentré mais propose des vélos en location (6$/jour/pers : un peu cher)
