Village at Hawks Cay Villas by KeysCaribbean

Condo was inundated with fruit flies upon arrival due to housekeeping not emptying last tenant trash. Office manager was very attentive and brought bug spray which was odorous. Bedspread was torn in several places and whole condo needs a thorough cleaning and refresh renovation.

Excellent townhome on duck key. Has everything you need for a great getaway. Be cautioned that it does not include access to any of the amenities at Hawks Cay, and the pool is 8 miles away.

Small, but nice condo on the Hawk's Key grounds. It's a little strange to stay on their property but not have access to the resort, but we understood we did not rent directly from them. The condo was nice on the back of the property. It was tiny inside with only one shower for three beds. Kitchen was spacious. Definitely needed a deep cleaning, especially for dust!

The pictures are not accurate with the property, very small for 6 people.

We booked this last minute as we have been to Hawks Cay Resort many times. This is NOT associated with Hawks Cay Resort therefore you CAN NOT enjoy any of the resorts amenities. With the rental they tell you, you have access to a beach club down the road with a pool. This club is a 15 minute car ride away and dirty, has a very small pool, and not impressive at all. The villa was clean but very dated and the pull out sleeper is completely broken missing springs to hold the mattress on the frame. The view is a parking lot view of the marina parking area that is under construction. For the money I would book somewhere else.

I had the opportunity to stay in Condo 11 for my 5 night stay. I found this place to be lovely. All the necessities were there. The Beach Cabana just up the road was the absolute PERFECT refuge to enjoy the beach and pool. They cater to you like you are royalty. While it rained significantly while I was there, there was always something fun you could do- or nothing at all.

The pictures used are not the place you stay in very deceiving if you are in the one bedroom condo. We stayed at no 1 and if I am a can too will attach the dated place we stayed in. It was clean but dated furnishings with black plastic sofa. Didn’t want to spend much time in there if possible. The owner is lovely and helpful but if we saw pictures of the place we stayed in I wouldn’t have chosen it but that is personal preferences. Very misleading! The pics showed cream tables chairs etc and all of ours were dated 80s dark brown and misted French doors which need attention! Shame but ducks key resort is beautiful but this apt is not part of it as privately owned.

Very nice.....still quite a bit of construction going on due to Hurricane Irma. Other than that...very nice and close to everything. The only odd thing was when you walked in the front door.....you were right in a bedroom. Kind of an unusual layout.

Bugs. Bad bed. No laundry. Shabby kitchen. Loud AC. Not enough parking

These properties are all privately owned and so the level of maintenance & interiors are all different. The condo we had was grubby and full of clutter. There was wiring hanging off the wall but we were told that nothing could be done until the owners paid up. We were told to be careful & push it to the edge of the room!! The kitchen was eclectically stocked - 7 saucepans but no dish towel or oven mitt! I couldn’t find 2 glasses that matched & ended up finding all the things we would need & washing them then keeping them out. The condo could do with a good de clutter and deep clean. There are no laundry facilities available until the marina has been refurbished. It would have been good to know this before we booked.
