Redelijk hotel.
Nice room, clean and basically furnished. Helpful staff. Unable to eat in restaurant as fully booked but looked nice. Didn’t use pool but look clean

Nice lobby, but delapidated, dirty hotel. Broken lift not mentioned by check in staff, nothing around, and scant info from staff. Booked a triple room but 3rd bed was a short bed with an old brown blanket , and no duvet. Best avoided.

The AC in the hotel was not working. They said it was some units only but after trying 4 rooms we slept in the heat and it was a hot summer night. The breakfast was closing earlier then mentioned and was sparse and not being replenished. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast.
GBOn arrival we were met by the most unhelpful of staff. The lift didn't work. We were put on the second floor as far away as possible. The room was clean. However, the fittings were way overdue for renewal and extremely poor. The bathroom comprised of a separate toilet which was stained. The bathroom itself had sealant applied to the edge of the bath. The sink was highly stained. The bar staff again were extremely unhelpful and inefficient. The breakfast was for the most part ok but we had to take loads of plates and cups in order to find and that had been washed up correctly. We stayed at this hotel on 14/7/2018.
Friendly staff, nice and large rooms. Good service in the restaurant og very good food. Nice breakfast buffet. The poolside bar is a nice place to spend a quiet evening. The hotel i slocated in a residential area outside the city centre, so it is very quiet, but not the place to stay if plan to visit Blois centre.
