Best Western Lake Cumberland Inn

Great place, clean and room was spacious, will definitely stay hear again.

Hotel was good. Fitness center was not. Breakfast and coffee were good. Nice clean rooms.

Breakfast was not great. Powdered eggs were crunchy. Sausage was only option for meat. Coffee was old and cold

Quick stop for sleep. Outside hotel needs cleaning and sweeping

We were in town due to a family funeral. We didn't have much choice as to where we could stay. The grounds needed manicured, weeds, just looked un-kept. Our shower needed the curtain rod repaired as it was falling off the wall. We reported this issue and was assured it would be fixed. Needless to say, it wasn't and we reported again to the desk. By the second night, we asked for another room due to the bathroom issue in which we were then moved down the hall. I truly believe they just kept passing the issue to someone else and was hopeful we would settle. The breakfast wasn't what I expected as there was a lot of empty bowls, no waffle mix, no syrup, we had to keep asking for things and the young lady didn't seem very happy about doing so. We survived our unexpected trip, however I feel we should have been compensate in some way for our troubles.

The only complaint we had was the tv didn’t work. But this trip to visit family we weren’t in the room much. Bed was comfortable and clean. Air worked great and bathroom was clean.

The room was clean but lights in bathroom were not working properly. The pool was not clean. Cloudy. Breakfast was subpar. They definitely need to upgrade.

Clean room and bath. Convenient location.

Breakfast was of poor quality and not very good, no staff there cleaning and putting food out. Everyone had to use the same cup for waffle mix. No staff to wipe up after people making them.

Breakfast is always solid and rooms clean. I have stayed here many times for the Lake, convenient to Beavercreek and Conley

This trip room could of been just a bit cleaner but still above price point.
