O atendimento do Dani foi o diferencial, fez questão de nos explicar sobre o IVA que pôde ser isento graças a nossa viagem à turismo, o que não ocorreu em outros hotéis em que nos hospedamos. Tudo no hotel parece pensado com muito cuidado, para quem quer estar próximo as montanhas ou a região de Las Condes, vale muito a pena.

The staff is very attentive. They bring meals to your room which is nice especially in the winter. There are a couple of activities you can do there (pool, hot tub, massage, restaurant...).

We traveled in June, so the place was cold. There is an AC in the room (a bit loud at times), but the bathroom is cold. I imagine it's much nicer to stay here in the summer. The towels are old enough, it'd be nice to have a newer ones.

The rooms are large, the beds comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The massage and sauna were great and the food exquisite. We were able to check out a bit later and then stay by the pool longer, so it was a wonderful experience.

The checkout process was a bit confusing. I think it was miscommunication with a lady from the staff, who we had not had contact with before.

The problem was that they did not want to serve the breakfast before 08:00 There was no time for breakfast mentioned on the website. After insisting a lot, beyond civility, they agreed. Staff was strange behaving and did you feel unwelcome

The staff were really friendly and our room was clean.

Lovely view,very kind and very helpful staff,recomennded for couples,near to center ,is possible to walk
