The views and the breakfast

The music playing constantly from 9am until 23.00 which was heard in the room. A very cold welcome, not allowing us to even sit/wait by the pool or eat something until we could check in. Poor evening meal. Dated bathroom. Room not cleaned. Hugely disappointing stay.

Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.

The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful, each of them went above and beyond. Shout out to Charlotte, Nely and Daniel for making us feel so welcome. They were so lovely!
