The Everglades Park Hotel

Bit of a shame in all. The hotel is tired and rather overpriced as such. The one thing that really disappointed was breakfast service, or lack of. A wait of over an hour before our order was even taken. I understand a lack of staff can contribute, including a surge of guests, however, where this is the case, ensure the buffet element is kept well stocked while guests wait for the cooked items. No milk for cereal, no bread, no orange juice or water, no pastries, yoghurt all gone to mix with fruit. A polite request to have a refund for breakfast was refused. Won't be recommending or returning.

Stayed for a week, nobody changed the towels, the bins or the tea and coffee... rooms get incredibly hot and the patio doors open on to the car park so either be hot or have no privacy.

Stayed here for a work meeting. The location was ok. The hotel whilst going through some upgrade the room I stayed in was not acceptable, I’m going to say the worst room I have stayed in for a long time. Food in the restaurant was overpriced and over cooked, the burger was nuked. On departure I asked if the room I had stayed in was part of the future refurbishment, they said no, I then gave them a list of the issues Mattress needs replacing Pillows not good enough Carpet frayed around the edges Debris under the bed Mould on bathroom ceiling Silicone used in between tiles Wardrobe hanger damaged Decor horrendous Won’t be staying there again

The hotel its self is looking dated they are paining the outside but my room could have done with some tlc ! Very dated decor and pillows on the bed old and stained. Service great staff very friendly food very good quality, just a shame about the rooms .

Room was clean and the bed was so comfy and spacious had double doors we could open table and 2 chairs as well so did not have to sit on the bed Had breakfast thats was lovely would definitely recommend even said we will come back in September

Room was filthy, couldn’t use the shower as it was so unclean. Stained carpets and up the walls. Dirty glasses at the bar. Rude staff

We chose the hotel as it was affordable accommodation in easy reach of Anfield Stadium! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped for our needs! The breakfast was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay again and we would certainly recommend the hotel to friends . The hotel was very good value for money 😀

Bit dated but everything that you need, only issue I had was some noisy bloke at 2 am talk on his phone outside my room, obviously not the hotel’s fault

As soon as I arrived I knew that I had stayed at this hotel before. So I was interested to see if it had been upgraded in any way. Sadly the answer is no. The hotel needs urgent investment - currently the rooms are drab ; the desk and chair ancient; electric panel heaters with no air conditioning that I could see and a right old fashioned bathroom. It’s comfortable but in a very old fashioned way. Surely the owners must know this - if they don’t then at least go and have look at other hotels in the area. Food in the restaurant at night appeared slightly over priced and took ages to come . Not sure if the chef was on his own but I shouldn’t be waiting 20 mins for a starter and 15 mins for a main course. The food when it came was “ok” but nothing startling. This could be a good hotel if properly invested in but until that is done I won’t be back for a third time which is a shame.

Stayed for one night. Staff great , especially Tony. Food ok. Booked a higher priced double, got 2 singles pushed together. With a gap in the middle. Not good. Bizzing plugs. Water pressure not great
