"Poor"

Room basic and almost unclean! Bar the driest I have ever come across ( unbelievable! Food ok (ish) and when we tried to order desert ( before kitchen closing times) got told chef had gone home! Not for us again and def no recomendations for here!

Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean and tidy. Perfect location for our family visiting from south Wales for a cheerleading comp in the NEC arena.

"Huge room, bed & terrace family room (7th floor), lovely smiley staff, great breakfast. Bad sofabed."

Booking a family room (couple and 1 kid) meant we got a huge room, kingsize bed plus a ginormous terrace. Weather was rubbish but hey ho. All staff were friendly, smiley and efficient. Breakfast was excellent (3 types of eggs!)

The sofabed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. (Daughter kid got the bed, mum got relegated!) Fortunately not 2 adults on the sofabed which would have been even worse. There is room for a real bed. Scrap sofabeds they are always terrible but this one was worse than terrible. Also very lumpy pillows. Encourage staff to notify lift only go to the 6th floor and then find the stairs.
