Needs a bit of TLC. The bottom of doors scuffed and some mould in shower cubicle. Room 106.

Clean friendly environment, staff on hand whenever you needed anything. Free onsite parking

First the good The staff are absolutely wonderful from reception to the breakfast staff. They were extremely helpful and always smiley The breakfast was extremely good. I asked for poached eggs two days running and they were soft inside but fully cooked outside. The staff in the breakfast area were constantly cleaning up and clearing away and renewing the breakfast products Our room was 001 and adapted room it was large the beds comfortable and the sheets and everything clean (we arrived on Friday and stayed till Monday) The hotel itself is strategically placed within Kenilworth and parking was easy and included in the Price as was our breakfast. Next The slightly irritating things two double gins and a pack of crisps and peanuts was £27 interesting that the local Wetherspoons does a really good double gin and tonic for £5.80. It doesn’t really encourage you to have a drink in the bar does it? The bar itself is very dark and there’s no wine list again. The staff at the bar were lovely The evening food offing was overpriced we went to the curry house oposite The carpets in our room could’ve done with a good cleaning. I mean deep heat cleaning, the toilet seat itself needs replacing due to staining . There was no light at a mirror in the room to put on your make-up and because we felt so exposed to the bus stop outside we kept our curtain shut which made it very dark. I didn’t think till late to ask if there was a one way film on the window if there is pwerhaps let people know if not please put up a screen The room itself is on the ground floor and on the weekend we stayed it was quite noisy (there were 70 odd little boys under 11 staying with their parents for a football event so I doubt it’s this noises that usually
