"Hotel room review"

Friendly pleasant welcoming staff, easy quick check in. However, room very unclean , very stuffy and smelly, stained bedding , very dusty, tv did not work, toilet smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned, difficult to control heating. Poor nights sleep, unhappy with price I paid and what I received.

"Poor quality stay"

Have stayed her recently & it was ok Very convenient when visiting family in Kenilworth, used to use Premier Inn in Coventry Strongly think will go back there next time On arrival used last remaining Disabled parking space What a nightmare getting parked & even worst next morning getting out ! Room was ok, although very tired Bathroom, empty box of tissues, dirty tap which looked like it had never been "shined", the sink plug did not work The TV did not work !! We were going to have breakfast but the area was "overrun" with guests with no available seating to be had, disappointed ! Having paid over a £100 for the night expected more for our money Reported these issue to lady on reception who offered to get the manager We declined this as were now hungry for breakfast elsewhere
