The location was great, and the staff were responsive. and had a great breakfast

The room was a bit warm. I requested a fan, but the fan was not clean. I had to clean it thoroughly to avoid breathing in dirty air.

In piena heatwave con 33 gradi esterni ci hanno chiuso in una stanza senza aria condizionata e con un solo ventilatore che era anche rotto (mancava la cover anteriore). Quanto abbiamo chiesto dell'area condizionata ci è stato risposto 'Sorry we don't offer aircon at this time of the year' . Eravamo al 4 piano, la finestra non era apribile per più di 2 cm per ovvi motivi di safety e nemmeno spiegare che avevamo 1 bambina di 4 mesi e 1 bambino di 2 anni è servito a farci dare un secondo ventilatore. La loro risposta è stata 'we are only allowed to give 1 per room'. Premetto che non sono una che lascia recensioni negative ma in quella stanza c'era ZERO air flow, c'erano oltre 35 gradi e non ha dormito NESSUNO. Abbiamo addirittura dovuto rinunciare ad usare la prep machine per il latte artificiale perché una volta accesa dava errore e diceva 'water tank temp high'!!! Inoltre, la luce della doccia funzionava ad intermittenza ed il filtro doccia era rotto. Per non parlare del fatto che il piatto doccia era scivolosissimo. Soggiorno da dimenticare. Non vedevamo l'ora di andare via. Fortunatamente avevamo prenotato solo 1 notte, altrimenti avremmo fatto i bagagli e saremmo andati altrove nonostante il pagamento anticipato non rimborsabile.

Everything was perfect for our one night stay - the room with two comfortable beds , the reception staff - extremely friendly and polite and helpful 😀 , and the breakfast- delicious, free parking.

Difficult to find a space to park , but we managed with the help of the reception staff

No air conditioning, as it was the hottest day of the year so far it made the room VERY hot. Not enough towels I booked a stay for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) we only had two towels. I rang down for more but they never came. The breakfast I paid extra for, didn’t have any bacon or eggs or sausage. On our second morning they had packed away most of the breakfast food by 10, they advertised they didn’t stop servicing breakfast until 10:30. The TV in our room stopped working after the first evening.
