"I will certainly recommend the hotel to anyone going that way but I will advise you to drive."

Mandy, the owner is an amazingly warm lady. She was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The room was really clean.

The breakfast wasn’t so great, but it was ok.

"We didn’t stay"

We arrived and were shown to a small room with a noisy kitchen extractor fan type chimney running up through the corner of the bedroom. The noise was intrusive and although we were assured it would be switched off, it was unacceptable to be sat in the room with it running. We decided to leave immediately and didn’t stay overnight

"Welcoming and dog friendly stay."

Good location in lovely village. Very friendly staff and good food. Very welcoming and dog friendly.

Bed was quite uncomfortable and the en-suite shower room was very dated with very noisy fan and plumbing.
