Spacious light room. TV good size, fan was great.

There wasn't any staff at the hotel to welcome us when we arrived. We didn't see the sign to check in next door. Rang bell and knocked for ten minutes. Front door wide open. Eventually, I went upstairs to the room we had booked to check if it was open, and we could gain access. Our room was occupied with a couple in bed. After going next door to check in, we were given keys to a small double, not what we booked. After pointing out the room not as booked, we asked to be put in the room we booked. This was sorted out pleasantly by a nice young man but had to wait an hour while the couple in our room were removed and the room was cleaned. During this time, I observed that another family were having issues with their booking, and the lady on reception was very unprofessionally having a meltdown about missing keys. Our room had no shower curtain, no towels, and only one mug. When we returned to the hotel at 11 that evening, we couldn't gain access as some kind of incident had occurred, and checks were being made by a fire officer. This was dealt with professionally by maybe the owner, and we were offered complimentary drinks whilst we waited. Thankfully, we were able to access our room to sleep after a short wait.

Location was superb for our dance show at winter gardens, everyone was so friendly and the rooms were spotless! Kingsize bed was super comfy and we will definitely be returning. I’ve stayed in Blackpool so many times and this has been the best experience for me. The price was prefect for what we needed and all amenities were on point. I even left a Stanley my behind and the girls have worked tirelessly to help me get it back! We felt extra secure with all the locks and codes needed to gain access of an evening, especially with young girls dancing the next morning. We will be returning for sure in October! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great location, everything on your doorstep

Not keen on the guest house,had to wait nearly 10 minutes before we could even get into the property

Bed felt like was on a slant had to swap pillows around so I felt upright not most comfortable bed Was woken by karaoke loud music not sure if that was coming from bar from hotel but very loud

No hot water and shower didn't work

The fact there was no running water in shower

Close to the centre. Perfect location Room was mostly clean (could do with a new toilet brush!)

The cold tap didn’t work in the bathroom. 25 degrees outside and they had heating on flat out ! Absolutely red hot !
