Staff were lovely and friendly helped with anything while we were there, was a lovely clean room not far from the beach and town lovely hotel

The bed was very hard but other then that everything was good

Reasonable priced hotel in a great location. Central Car Park less than 5 minute walk. Close to Tower, beach , Shopping centre and more importantly the Winter Gardens ( we were there for a specific event). Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no shower curtain on arrival but this was sorted by the time we returned so not really an issue. The rooms were of a decent standard for a budget hotel. Slept well .

Breakfast not provided but we knew this when booking. Not an issue as a cafe at the bottom of the road does good quality all day breakfast at a reasonable price.

I booked 3 rooms they doubled booked and refuse refund as they only had 2 rooms which we didn't book , took all the stay to get 100 back 2 days , which is a joke for what I paid , this was due to owner, the poor pregnant girl who was working had a few to deal with as same issue paid no rooms ..........room wasn't exactly clean out door area was the best part

Nothing ! The place is a dump! It’s vile disgusting

The room was absolutely filthy and clearly not cleaned! Damp walls caused the wallpaper to peel off. There was faeces in the toilet, despite the room supposedly being “clean.” Toothpaste was smeared on the door, which was meant to be spotless. Orange nicotine stains marked the door from smoking. No mattress protectors were on the beds—completely unacceptable!

They double booked our room and took 2 hours to find us 2 single rooms and separated our family. Showed did not work in 1 of the rooms

It wasn’t clean. The bathrooms were dirty and the lobby area had a horrible smell, as if someone had been sick. I didn’t think the owner of the property was very professional either. The property advertised that breakfast was available for an additional price but when we arrived, we found out that this wasn’t the case. The rooms were damp and cold. One of our rooms had a hole in the wall which hadn’t been replaced. There were shower curtains missing and our rooms weren’t cleaned each day either.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and guests and made us feel like we was at a home

The staff was very friendly and beds was comfy the room made me feel more like a home than a hotel room. Love to stay here again next year.
