The landlord was not there i waiting outside for a hour she got back to me and keep on put phone down 2 hours later she called me and I not vey not very good when people coming , dont stay here as you be waiting hours

Absolutely horrendous experience with the chorlton. Booked 5 rooms only to be told when we arrived that 2 were only available. There was 2 Romanian ladies that was trying to find keys at the property and they were also the temporary hosts, i felt sorry for them as they didn't have a clue about our booking and phoned the owner who said that the b&b was to be sold to them on the Monday and that her (the owner) was on holiday and she had a very bad day on her holidays 🙄 left us at 8pm at night with no accommodation as I the rooms were not fit to let a dog sleep in never minds us. Also the Romanian male that was with the ladies started a hole big row with us and got extremely aggressive. Do not book this b& b***

Location

Location fantastic Everything else terrible No water, tiny room not very clean carpet was filthy,couldn't hang up our clothes. Moved room to one with water but couldn't access drawers or window due to a huge chair being dumped in there and also the door would not lock upon leaving the room,keypad door. At this point we had enough and moved to alternative accommodation at an extra cost to ourselves. Communication was via WhatsApp to someone in Spain. Would definitely not recommend!!! No breakfast option as advertised no ironing facilities as advertised basically stay away!!

I liked everything the staff are very friendly and welcoming and offer great services. The rooms are very very clean and very comfy beds. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come again anytime! 10 out of 10!

Clare was very friendly and welcoming I had a family room which I was very pleased with as it had 2 bathrooms which helped and saved time when getting ready. Overall a great experience I would absolutely return.
