Was right in centre of Blackpool about 2 minutes walk to front of town

No toilet rolls was in room mattress was in need of changing and old tv was broken carpet was mega dirty and mega thin when we arrived the lady was drinking wine and was quite drunk we did not see her after the check in and when we left keys just got left in a box

The location was very good as everything was close by, loved every minute of it

Nothing as everything was spot on

1. Staff very rude upon check in (at the hotel next door), offered no help when asked where was best to park. Got taken to the room on the top floor (there’s no lift) and we had to go back downstairs to get our own towels, and was also asked to check if the bathroom had toilet roll as if it hadn’t been checked beforehand. 2. Large window with broken blinds so offered no privacy or protection from the daylight. 3. Not very clean at all, especially the bathroom. Very dated and run down. We actually went to the shop to buy our own blanket as we didn’t want to get inside the bedding provided.

The room i booked a large room with 2 beds got put in what I described as a box with 2 beds was not comfie at all and no WiFi

It’s close enough to the front and to the town that makes it a good location. It’s cheap.

We arrived and all our details were on the desk for everyone to see. On the way in a gentleman was asking for his towels which could have been a one off - it wasn’t. We were told we would get towels later, we didn’t get them till we asked midday the next day. We saw the towels sitting in the washer/drier for over a day. No loo roll in the room. No hand soap. Front (fire exit) door was propped open with a fire extinguisher for hours. No one at the desk in the evening so people were stuck outside. No one at the desk at 9am when we went to ask for towels. No one at the desk at 9am ready for check out (check out was between 7-10am) and the key drop off box is inside the locked door. They say wifi is freely available, it’s not. They put the heating on so hot at night it’s tough to sleep even with windows open.

The staff was amazing and very helpful I was a late arriver and they made sure me and my children was looked after Paul jess and Claire thank you so much for your accommodation and your help you was so welcoming Paul my son said if we come back he want you a game of pool.

The fact that people are taking advantage and the p*ss out of peoples businesses it's not fair and it's not nice because of scammers booking in getting refunds and having other people in with out paying isn't fair on others like it was nearly not fair on me and children when we actually was ligit and paid we nearly didn't have a room because of this and was ligit payers but the staff was so nice and kind and helped us in every way possible and it was quickly resolved

It was in walking distance of amenities and fun things to do including the beach

The room wasn't very clean at all . False nail on the floor muck near the toilet the duvet had stains all over, dirty towels I found the manager clare hostile towards her staff I found jess and Paul to be helpful giving me bowls plates etc During my stay there was loud music in the bar till 3 am I did not approach the manager as someone else was asked to leave on another night there was loud music again where another visitor who was intoxicated had kicked off and had assaulted various people its not appropriate and quite worrying when your a guest and you have your little un with you. I did well to stay for three nights my son was exhausted and so was for lack of trying to keep motivated for nearl I hope jess and Paul follow their dreams
